COVID-19 Updates

Ron Sayer Auto Group will continue to monitor the information received from state and federal officials as it pertains to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want to let you know that we will remain open for business to service our customers. We take great honor in being the chosen dealer for your sales, service, and parts needs. While we can’t guarantee anything, we want to let you know your health and safety are on our minds. Effective immediately we are putting some extra precautions in place to help mitigate the spread of the virus.

Greetings

Our sales, service and parts professionals have been instructed not to shake hands, it’s nothing personal, we will resume shaking hands once the threat of COVID-19 has passed.

Sanitation

We have instructed our employees to increase cleanings in areas of high customer contact. Such as; sales desks, waiting areas, children play area, service drive and parts counters. We are also ensure all loaner vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before they are loaned out to a new customer.

Employees

Any employee who does not feel well is encouraged to stay home. Any employee who appears to be under the weather will be sent home by management. Our staff knows their safety & health is the utmost importance to us. Although there is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we are frequently monitoring the situation and will update you if the company policy changes.
