I need a new motor on my 2017 so that really sucks and makes me leary of buying another Nissan but the service department was great. They were timely and upfront after we were able to get my vehicle in ...after a 2 week wait. You may want to expand the service department with more great employees like we were lucky enough to experience.

The salesman was patient and knowledgeable, never pushy. I tried several different vehicles and even made a change of choice before I settled on the one I purchased. He introduced us to the service team after our purchase and even scheduled my first oil change. It was a wonderful car buying experience.



I live in Saint Louis MO, on a trip to visit Yellowstone and our AC bearing went out. Ozzie and Nick at your service department were willing to take us in early and get our car working again a whole week and a half before they had the next available appointment scheduled. Because of their generosity we were able to get back on the road quickly and head south to see Utah and Colorado, helping to make sure I completed the trip of a lifetime!

The service team had my car in and out very quickly. The gentleman who worked with me explained everything, answered my questions, and was so pleasant and polite.

Our sales representative James was amazing! He was a no pressure sale with tons of great knowledge. Matt the sales manager and Nick in finance were both a pleasure to work with.


I let my kids take my 2010 Nissan Murano, as there car was broke down, to a wedding in Idaho Falls Idaho and before they got there, oil sprayed all over the engine, causing a lot of smoke. They were able to limp the Murano to the wedding and I had them go to Ron Sayer Nissan afterwards. The shop people said they were full but would try to squeeze them in, which they did. They found that the oil dip stick had came apart where it seals at the top going into the engine. They had to keep the car ...

Came over from Jackson, WY (about 2 hours away) for recall work and for them to check some other items on my 2014 Nissan Murano. They let me leave my car over there and completed the work as requested and loved the text they sent telling me what repairs were needed. Also, was able to pay very easily by text as well. Timely and professional

I brought my Sentra in to have a recall repaired and am very satisfied with the services I received! They made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle, and also helped update the system to make it easier to have other repairs done in the future. They also washed my car afterwards, which was a nice touch! They were friendly and helpful, and my car feels so much better now!

I had a great experience with the maintenance department. Ryan and Os were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond with my repairs and services and all communications regarding my cars. The whole experience of buying a vehicle was delightful. The sales team was no pressure and knowledgeable. Dropped my Sentra off a week before the appointment due to vacation plans. They called and told me it needed a new transmission and Nissan approved it under warranty. We waited several months for the 2022 Frontier Pro 4x’s to come in. Kevin kept in touch with us to let us know when the new model year Frontiers were coming in. When the one we wanted came in, Kevin waited for us after normal business hours and stayed after business hours the next day to finish up all the paperwork. No sales pressure to buy and a pleasure to work with.

My 2017 Rogue Hybrid, had a mfg defect with he engine. Although, Ron Sayer’s repair shop lacked the certified hybrid mechanics, the shop manager Ozzie Saldivar provided excellent customer service and was so empathetic to my situation. I wish I could have had the repair done here. Instead, the car had to be towed to Cole Nissan/Kia in Pocatello, ID.

I am always amazed how quickly they get the service done. Because I need new tires they shared information about their big sale going on until October 31. They also explained that I could pre-buy them if I didn’t need them by my next service.

My husband brought our car in for first service. He came home so impressed with the service, the way he was treated, and the time a salesman took to show him the elite new model of Rouge.

I had trouble with my car while in SLC and took it to them. They said it was battery, and I had to buy a new one. Two weeks later I was having same trouble. I had to go on an 8 hour trip to a funeral the next day. He fit my car in (he was booked), looked at it and said it was not the battery, but the alternator. I have 2 Nissan Rogues (2018/2019). Visit 1 for 2018 / visit 2 for 2019 were decent scheduled maintenance visits. Visit 3 for 2018 was very irritating. 2.5 hrs for Oil/Fluid and EBS programming took way too long and there was a small hood scratch from wash bay. I was leery about coming back. I just finished visit 4 for 2018 35K check. Several NEW faces made me think a personnel change may have taken place. Bottom line - this visit was MUCH better. More professionalism and friendly cooperation! While an expensive problem was discovered (not dealer's fault), the general check was so much better that I will continue to ...

My 3 year old Grand Cherokee had an issue with the heated steering wheel and the service crew found the problem and got the new part ordered and it will be fixed in 3 days when the part arrives. Chelsea the service writer was very helpful.
