Wow! My experience here was the best! Jaden was quick to greet us. I told him exactly what I wanted and he showed me the perfect pathfinder! We showed up at 630 and they close at 7. That didn’t matter one bit. We were able to test drive and ask all the questions. Never once felt rushed or like we were a bother. Kevin jumped in and helped with all the numbers and bent over backwards to ensure we were taken care of. They gave me their word and stuck to it. I when I went to pick it up it was out front and ready to go. Jaden helped me set up the app and went over every single feature with me. Highly highly recommend you go check them out!

Brought my 2015 Altima in for its suggested 100,000 mile service and was met with very pleasant and focused service techs, as I have been met during the last two years! Following a well-established and efficient routine, they first inspected the vehicle and then met with me in the comfortable client waiting area to review the findings. The comprehensive and thorough report was quickly and clearly explained to allow my decisions as to where to proceed. Written work detail and pricing was provided in a very open and forthright presentation. Also included were notifications of pending future work and repair as might be required based upon the inspection report. The work and replacements selected were completed quickly and expertly. In all communications, from initial greetings to final payment, the Ron Sayer Nissan staff was very pleasant, professional and focused. I have absolutely no criticisms or regrets over selecting this dealership as the service support for my vehicle and very enthusiastically recommend them to the Idaho Falls public at large.

Even though I mainly went for an oil change. I wanted them to check the horn because it wasn’t working and informed what the estimate cost was to fix it. It was nice for them to inform me possible things that could happen and explained what would be going on in a way I was able to understand. The guy that worked with me was super nice and understanding. They were able to take my car immediately at my appointment time and called me when it was ready.
